Project Management Assessment

The purpose of the project management assessment is to analyze the project and portfolio management processes utilized within your organization and compare those processes to industry best practices. To gain an accurate and comprehensive depiction of how project and portfolio management is performed within your organization, Welwitschia Project Managers will assess your current project management practices, and benchmark comparing to best practices.

The Assessment is crucial to organizations that would like to improve the project management practices as this report that forms as an output can be used for process improvements. The Assessment will be done into two sectional areas, As-Is state, and the Desired-State for each area of project management.

As a Deliverable of this Assessment, Welwitschia Project Managers will provide findings with a formal written report of the project and portfolio management maturity, including expert insight into both strengths and weaknesses. These written findings can be supplemented with a PowerPoint presentation to executive stakeholders for additional context and can be used for Improvements or GAP filling.
